Terms and Agreements: No Refund Policy & 7-Day Trial Period

1. General Overview
This No Refund Policy and 7-Day Trial Agreement ("Policy") applies to all products, services, courses, memberships, and digital offerings provided by National Healthcare Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any offering from the Company, you ("Customer," "Client," or "Participant") acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

2. No Refund Policy
2.1 All Sales Are Final
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

One-time purchases.

Subscription or membership fees.

Course fees and digital product sales.

Consultation and service fees.

2.2 Reason for No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and services, which may include digital downloads, live coaching, and limited-capacity programs, all sales are final. Once payment is made, the value of our offering is deemed delivered, regardless of whether the Customer accesses, uses, or attends the product or service.

3. 7-Day Trial Period
3.1 Trial Membership Terms
The Company offers a $7 trial period for seven (7) calendar days ("Trial Period") for specific memberships. By signing up for the Trial Period, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

The $7 trial fee grants temporary access to the membership benefits for seven (7) days.

The Customer’s payment method used at the time of sign-up will be automatically charged the full membership fee unless the Customer cancels before the Trial Period ends.

3.2 Automatic Billing After Trial

Upon completion of the Trial Period, the Customer’s payment method will be automatically charged the full membership fee unless canceled prior to the end of the trial.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription and ensuring cancellations are processed before the end of the Trial Period if they do not wish to continue.

No refunds will be issued once the full membership fee has been charged.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their trial at any time before the end of the 7-day period by logging into their account and following the cancellation process.

The cancellation must be completed before the trial period expires to avoid automatic billing.

No refunds will be granted for failure to cancel before the Trial Period ends.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
4.1 Chargeback Prohibited
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against the Company without valid cause is a violation of this Policy. If a chargeback is initiated:

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover funds and damages.

Access to all products, services, and accounts will be revoked immediately.

4.2 Dispute Resolution
If there is a concern regarding payment or service delivery, Customers are required to contact the Company in writing at:

5. Rescheduling or Credit Options
Where applicable, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer credit or rescheduling options instead of a refund. These options are not guaranteed and will depend on the nature of the purchase and the availability of future services.

6. Customer Acknowledgment
By making a purchase, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. Customers acknowledge that:

All questions about this Policy were addressed before purchase.

They understand that failure to use, access, or attend a product or service does not qualify for a refund.

They understand that the trial membership will automatically convert to a full membership unless canceled before the end of the Trial Period.

7. Legal Compliance
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. It complies with all applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights provided by applicable law.

8. Updates to Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to www.nurseteecoaching.com.
